SXSW 2012
Is it already that time again!?
SWSX is easily my favorite getaway every year. By the time March rolls around I’m getting realllllly tired of 4 straight months of grey skies and rainy, cold weather in Seattle. Also, it just so happens to be the best mix of business and pleasure anyone in the music industry could ever ask for. I’ve seen some unforgettable shows and had the opportunity to meet some of my favorite artists and djs in the most casual of atmospheres, which allows you to actually make a connection and create a foundation for a working relationship. That is so rare, and one of the best parts of the festival. Not to mention the wonderful combination of BBQ and sunshine.
Anyways, I’m stoked to get down there and I’ve put together a nice little lineup of gigs and parties to warrant the weeklong stay.
