SAM Remix – Wrap up

I had such a blast at the Seattle Art Museum this past Friday night playing in the Theaster Gates Listen Room for the SAM Remix party! I was able to pluck records from the immense Dr. Wax collection and play some classic joints to some very enthusiastic museum party goers all evening. Also, there were fantastic performances from Jennifer Johns and Gabriel Teodros, as well as a wonderful taste of the play “Red, Black and Green: A Blues” by the four member cast. Many thanks to Sandra Jackson Dumont for having me and the Seattle Art Museum for a wonderful evening!
