Dance In The Woods
Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past 9 months (or you don’t live in Seattle) The Woods is one of my favorite places to play in the entire universe. It is a 3rd story loft space that has an energy unlike any other I’ve rocked. The crowd is always there to dance, and they love all of my favorite shit, like 90s hip hop, rnb, classic boogie, disco and funk. Drinks are stiff, security is on point, DJ booth is elevated (and therefore hard for drunk idiots to get to), and the vibe is always right.
This Saturday I will be joining my compadre Blueyedsoul for what is sure to be another night to remember in the “disco treehouse.” Join us, won’t you??
